Entering A Support Ticket

Click New support ticket on the upper right corner of the screen.  You can also click here to enter SalonTouch Support Tickets.

You will need to enter the following information.  Items in red are required.

  • Salon Name - Name of the salon you wish us to contact.

  • Software License Number - The license number associated with the physical address of the salon.  Knowing this will help speed up ticket assignment.

  • Contact Person - First name of the person at the salon you wish us to talk to.

  • Email Address - Email address that you want ticket updates to be sent to.  This will be populated with your login email.

  • Contact Number - Number you wish to be contacted at.

  • Subject - Subject line of the ticket i.e. The timer stopped talking to my beds.

  • Software Used - The software you are currently using.

  • Ticket Type - A general overview of what category your issue is in.

  • Issue Description - General overview of your issue.  You will want to have as much information in here as possible to help resolve your issues in a fast and efficient method.

  • Attach a file - You are able to attach file up to 15MB in size.  These can be report exports, screen shots, or pictures of the salon's computer environment.

  • ReCaptcha  This is to prove that you are not a robot!



Click Submit.
