Setting up provider groups makes set up easier by being able to group your employees into job classifications. For example, stylists, colorists, massage therapists, etc. You can set up a general profile for your employee job classifications with a general price, but you may customize pricing per Provider as well.
Definition: A Provider is anyone one (employee or any service provider such as a Stylist, Cosmetologist, Esthetician, Nail, Specialist, Natural Hair Styling Specialist , Waxing Specialist
Definition: A Provider Group is a group of employees who are classified according to their specialties and the pricing level they charge for their services. Example of provider groups may include Level 1 Stylist, Nail Technicians or Facials techs.
- Click Setup on the top toolbar.
- Click Provider Groups on the left toolbar.
- Click Local Provider Groups on the left toolbar.

Click + button and enter the name of the Provider Group you want to create.
- Click OK.

Continue these steps for all of your Provider Groups.

To view the employees who are members of a group, simply click on the group name.
- To add employees click + on the "Members" list.

Select the employees from the list on the right hand side pane. Clicking on the employee will add them to the Provider Group.
- Click Cancel to close the pane.

You changes will be automatically saved. After you have finished setting up the Provider Groups, click cancel to exit the screen.
