Setting up Online Appointments

To get started we need to ensure that the online appointment optional feature is purchased from SalonTouch. After the feature is purchased and activated, SalonTouch will go ahead and

Set up your client facing online website. This is the URL that you will give out to your clients. It will look something like the following:

http://www.mysalonbook.com/YOUR SALONNAME
A Provider facing online website. This is the URL that your providers will use to see their upcoming appointments. This is not a client facing website and is only for use of the providers in your salon. It will look like the following:

http://www.mysalonbook.com/YOUR SALONNAMEProvider

Once the above two items are completed we can now set up the online booking in SalonTouch:

Click on Setup
Click on Appointments
Click on Online Appointments
Leave “0” in the three radio buttons
Click on Services tab
Checkmark all the services that you want to be seen and that are bookable online.
Click on Save when done
Now Click on the Providers tab
Checkmark all the Providers that you want to be seen and that are bookable online.
Click on Save when done

Now all the Services and Providers that you checkmarked will be visible and bookable by your clients when they go to your online booking site. And that is all that is needed to set up an appointment.
